Raquel Luy Decena is a founding member of the CREATIVE ZONE team. She is now responsible for the business development activities of the organization, driving new sales business and playing key role in the company’s bottom line. Managing a team of eight business set up advisors, Raquel’s role to drive and increase revenuw and profits, meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for the company and individual team members.
She has also been pivotal in implementing of a CRM, providing comprehensive reporting and positvely reinforcing customer and consultant relationships.
