    Humaira specialises in Change and Transformation, shaping and delivering increasingly sophisticated transformation programmes across private, public and charity sectors. She works with boards of directors, senior management and often CIOs. Recent clients include the UK Government, Defra, Deutsche Bank, Harrods, Cancer Research UK, and Royal Bank of Scotland. Humaira's 20 years has often involved turning failing departments, businesses or programmes around, guiding senior management in initiating change, or helped businesses to realise the benefits of change undertaken. With experience in working as a part of leadership teams and for outsourcing and consultancy firms, Accenture and EDS, she has significant experience in operating model design and the change journeys require to achieve them.
