If you’re an employee, you’ll also need proof of employment, a contract valid for at least a year, and a statement that you earn at least USD 3,500 monthly. You may also be asked to submit a payslip and at least three months of bank statements.
As a business owner or entrepreneur, you will need to demonstrate proof of business ownership for at least one year and an average monthly income of USD 3,500. You may also need to provide three months of bank statements and proof that you have conducted remote work for your business.

How to apply for Dubai’s Digital Nomad License: Step-by-step

Step 1: Registration
First, you’ll need to set up an account with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFAD). This can be done via its online portal. At this stage, you’ll be required to enter some personal details before you can proceed.
