There are four types of company structures offered in DWTC:

This type of structure can register a branch in DWTC free zone without any capital investment. The branch must register with the same activities as the parent company.
This type of entity has a minimum of 2 or more shareholders (can be an individual or a corporate shareholder).
This entity has one single shareholder (can be an individual or a corporate shareholder), holding 100% of the company shares.
